Wellbeing & Resilience: Supporting Employees Through Crisis Fatigue
Employees across the hybrid workforce have been exposed to more harmful situations than ever, whether they are remote workers or essential employees in a hospital, office, warehouse, or on-the-go. It’s important to improve resilience and employee engagement so employees can operate on their strengths, perform well, and in turn, this should drive business outcomes.
Healthcare is an industry with pressure, high-intensity jobs, and now more than ever, a workforce facing crises fatigue. Learn how wellbeing and resilience have been addressed from the perspective of a leader who has been guiding the human resources strategy for healthcare workers during this unprecedented time in history. Lessons will include how to provide the help your talent needs in a time of crises, and also how to do it in a way that is improving the business.

Listening and Responding at Scale
Listening to employees has never been more crucial to driving business outcomes. Join Perceptyx, and garner insights from their database of 30% of the Fortune 100 and 20% of the Fortune 500, on how employee listening continues to evolve, how technology makes it easy to aggregate and analyze employee data with business outcomes, and how technology can move leaders from action planning to action taking with an easy as 1-2-3 approach. Prior to the outbreak of COVID, the world was already facing the attention crisis, defined by a seemingly endless overload of new information and technological innovations. Now, as we are all facing uncertainty and priorities are shifting by the minute, the attention crisis has been exacerbated, and organizations are in greater need of leaders that are engaging, strategic, and mindful.

2021: Diversity & Inclusion and the Path Forward
2020 was a year of unprecedented change around the globe. The world was faced with a pandemic which saw people shuttered in their homes, major cities shut down, industries and businesses of all sizes doing their best to manage through an economic crisis. People had to learn new ways of working, teachers had to establish different ways of teaching and students had to adapt to new ways of learning. As a result of the tragic death of George Floyd and other incidents impacting black people across the United States, we saw an awakening of not just those in the black community but countless others across all dimensions of diversity globally protesting for justice, equity and humanity. Leaders and organizations across both the public and private sector responded publicly in ways that we haven’t seen in the past.
In 2021, we have to learn from the events of last year to augment our diversity, equity and inclusion strategies. This year presents new opportunities and challenges and as Human Resources leaders, we must be prepared to lead in a time where the emphasis on diversity and inclusion has intensified across the globe. Leaders have to exercise new capabilities, organizations need to be able to adapt to the changing landscape as well as be prepared for the workforce and workplace of the future.
During this session, participants will learn:

Creating an Organizational Culture that Supports and Improves the Employee Experience
It’s no secret that organizational culture has varying impacts on employee performance and motivation levels, and most employees work harder to achieve organizational goals if they consider themselves to be part of the corporate environment. In addition, positive culture and great employee experiences can also lead employees to choose to spend their careers within your organization. However, many organizations have difficulty in truly understanding where to focus when trying to determine what actually matters to the workforce.
Join us in this informative and interactive panel as we discuss best practices for creating an organizational culture that fully supports the employee experience, such as:
