In light of the ongoing developments regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and the rapidly increasing number of confirmed cases in the United States, including confirmed cases in Florida, Opal Group has decided to reschedule the following three conferences, originally planned for March 29-31, in West Palm Beach, FL. We are looking to reschedule the conference for October 5-6, 2020 at the same location.

This is not a decision we have taken lightly; our Team has worked incredibly hard to assemble an all-star lineup for our clients. While it is disappointing to postpone, we feel it is best for the safety of all participants as well as the quality of the event.
While the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have indicated the Coronavirus risk in the U.S. remains low, we need to be proactive in order to allow ample time for participants to amend travel arrangements.

We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support as we finalize plans to reschedule. Any paid invoices for our events will be granted 100% credit towards a future conference, for use within two years. Paid Hotel Reservations can be transferred to this rescheduled event in October, or used as credit towards a hotel stay under our room blocks at a future conference.
