Real Estate touches all aspects of the U.S. and Global Economy as new trends emerged with the ongoing pandemic. The debate between office versus remote work, increased desire to own a home, sequential need to increase supply chain, and industrial capacity due to the increased growth in ecommerce, the real estate industry is at an inflection point that will create unique opportunities and challenges for real estate investors & managers.
By nature, real estate is a complicated, capital intensive, and a relationship-oriented business. From doing due diligence, to negotiation, capital raising, operating in accordance with a business plan in multiple market cycles, to selling the asset and distributing the revenue, each step is critical to the success of a vibrant real estate marketplace and its stakeholders.
