Virtual
March 2, 2021
Classrooms looked much different this school year than previous years. After shuttering schools last March and reopening for this academic year, we have learned so much from our colleagues, students, teachers and communities. As we continue to look forward to closing out this school year and begin to plan for the 2021-2022 school year, there is much more work to be done.
Opal Group is proud to host a virtual prequel of the annual Edu-Tech Facilities Summit. This virtual event will focus on the evolving conversation on the approaches to space planning and construction and the correlation between academics and technology. The discussion will continue to change how educational institutions and communities are able to reinvent and adapt post quarantine as well as share ideas and learn from each other to plan for what’s next.
Our goal is to deliver an experience that is engaging and highly participatory through enlightening keynote presentations and small group roundtables. As we look forward to our normal returning, we know not everyone has the capability to attend in-person conferences. We will continue to provide a platform to join your facility peers from districts across the country. Share your stories and collaborate in creative problem-solving to tackle issues as we begin to make our way out of the pandemic.

Roundtable Collaboration Meetings:
Edu-Tech and Edu-Tech Academics are designed to change the way school districts discover solutions. We provide the ability to learn about cutting-edge solutions with proven results used by other districts across the country. The relaxed atmosphere provides the opportunity to have open and candid conversations with senior executives to discuss industry trends and challenges. Prior to the meeting, attendees will make selections of the roundtable topics they choose to participate in based on their districts’ priorities and needs. The senior executives within the solution organizations moderate scheduled roundtables creating the opportunity for districts to share their challenges with those at the table and walk away with actionable information.
Exceptional Networking Opportunities
We strive to maximize your face-to-face time by providing a multitude of avenues to engage the senior executives in attendance. The agenda incorporates cocktail receptions, networking lunches and a specially selected offsite dinner at a nearby venue. Leverage the meeting’s relaxed atmosphere and after hours networking activities to build strong personal relationships with current and future clients.
