The Cayman Islands Stock Exchange ("CSX") has earned its position as a leading, globally focused specialist exchange for sophisticated debt products and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs).
As a technical exchange, the CSX offers specific listing rules tailored to the needs and characteristics of the CLO market. CSX is a "Recognized Stock Exchange" by UK HM Revenue & Customs (designated as such under section 1005 Income Tax Act 2007 (UK) making debt securities eligible for the Quoted Eurobond Exemption).
In comparison to other major exchanges, CSX requirements to list are less onerous than other exchanges. It is also worth noting that the listing document will not be published on CSX's website and that the CSX’s listing fees are around 30% less than competitors.
Our recent listings have included the following types of financial assets: (i) auto loans; (ii) residential mortgage loans; (iii) commercial mortgage loans; (iv) credit cards and other unsecured consumer loans; and (v) synthetic securitizations. The CSX has successfully listed bonds issued by securitization vehicles for issuers incorporated under the laws of Cayman, Delaware, Ireland, Luxembourg and England and Wales.
The CSX provides a platform for the listing and trading of shares, specialist debt securities (including CLOs) and other instruments issued by trading companies, green bonds, investment funds and other investment vehicles. Based in George Town, Grand Cayman, the CSX began trading in 1996 and since its inception it has approved securities for admission for a total market capitalisation of over US$800 billion.
The Procedure for listing
The application process is carried out in two main stages. The first stage is the initial submission of documents in draft and the second stage is the submission of final, signed documents.
Timing
As for timing, we would generally advise that an issuer may be listed within one to two weeks of the listing document being initially submitted to the CSX, although much shorter timeframes may also be accommodated.

Created in 2020, Dealscribe is a company dedicated to saving its users' time. It grew from a realization that financial market participants were spending far too much of their time searching through documents to find the exact terms of each deal. Even the most expert individuals struggle to keep track of documentation differences across their portfolio of deals. The industry as a whole remains inefficient because the same document-trawling process is duplicated across dozens of different firms. To solve this problem, we have brought together a team of smart individuals from a variety of backgrounds. Guided by machine learning, they turn complex legal agreements into standardized data points and give our users the tools to find the information they need quickly. The result is a technology platform with a human heart. 20% of the work comes from the technology, 80% of value from human analysis. Dealscribe is based in London and New York and has the backing of a group of individuals with senior roles in the CLO industry. Its founder, Mike Peterson, has a track record of building successful data and information services that respond to the real needs of the market.

SmartMoneyMatch connects the global investment community For alignment of interest in the investment field, SmartMoneyMatch.com offers two main functionalities: 1. Investments can be classified (as are products on eBay), and you can specify your supply or demand and give other users the opportunity to search for investments according to given relevant criteria for the investment process. Additionally, you can make a request for proposal (RFP) within the given criteria, and potential suppliers can state which kind of RFP they are willing to respond. 2. Users can mutually connect with one another on the platform. This functionality is similar to that of LinkedIn, focusing on criteria relevant to the investment industry. (At registration, you can choose who will be able to see your information.) Contact: Martin.Signer@SmartMoneyMatch.com Phone: +41433331038
